We accept PayPal on Ebay. We charge sales tax in the state of Missouri, which is 8.975%. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail from us when your payment has cleared.

We ship both domestic and international on most of the items we sell; otherwise, it will stated on the listing. We offer shipping methods from these major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS and FedEx. However, we don't ship all of the items to a PO Box address unless shipped by USPS.

Please note that UPS and FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box address. A physical shipping address is require for both services when you select UPS or FedEx shipping methods.

Our normal shipping and handling times are 1 - 2 business days after we receive payment. We ship every day except weekends and holidays.

Some items may take longer to ship because they are shipped directly from the manufacturer.

We sell in multiple markets, including our website. In rare cases we run out of inventory before our listings can be updated, and the item you order is out of stock. We will let you know if that happens on an item you order and let you know when we expect more product. You can choose to wait or we will give you a full refund, the choice is yours.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will replace or refund the purchase price (less any shipping and handling charges if the order is not an ePapaShop mistake). All returned merchandise must be in original unused condition with all manufactured accessories. All warranty cards must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way.

Purchaser is responsible for shipping to our returns department.

All merchandise that is returned, unless defective or due to our shipping error, is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. There is no re-stocking fee if you receive a faulty or defective item, and there is no re-stocking fee if we made an error and shipped the wrong item.

We will contact you if a package is returned by the shipping carrier due to a delivery exception ( wrong address, no mail receptacle, etc. ). We use the address you provided to eBay and it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of that address. In those cases additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

We recommend our customers use a form of traceable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). Also when returning an item, it is a good idea to insure the package, we can't be held responsible for lost packages.

Faulty or defective merchandise:

If an item is faulty or defective, we will replace the item with a new identical item providing the item is returned with a valid RMA number within 30 days from the date of delivery. Once the 30 days have passed, you must follow the manufacturer's policy.

Shipping:
All purchased items are normally shipped one to two business days after receipt of the cleared payment. We currently do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays.

Important Notes for Our Canadian and International Customers:
Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms as that is against U.S. and international laws.

Do you combine shipping?
Since we need immediate payment, you must first purchase the items you want individually and then we will refund you the difference between the combined shipping rate and the total amount you spent on the shipping for the individual orders.

Do you offer shipping insurance?
All International shipments are insured.

How much are Shipping and Handling Charges?
We provide FREE SHIPPING on many products to the 48 contiguous states. If an item doesn’t indicate free shipping the costs are calculated on item’s shipping tab based on your zip code and the item’s shipping method.

How will I know when my item shipped?
We will notify you via email with your shipping notification once your order has shipped. We send this to the email address you have on file with eBay. If your email address is out of date, take a moment to update it so you won't miss any of our notifications.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
On each listing Ebay will show you an estimate (not a guarantee) for the time it generally takes the item to leave the warehouse plus the delivery time. Additionally, you'll be provided a tracking number to track your package from our door to yours.

How will my item ship?
Most of our items ship UPS, Fedex or USPS For large or bulky merchandise we ship using freight carriers who specialize in such items.

Where do you ship to?
Shipping is available to physical addresses in the contiguous United States only – for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico additional shipping charges apply. We ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.

Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address?
We are not permitted to ship any order to an unconfirmed address or one other than on your Ebay transaction. You can register additional addresses with eBay and PayPal for places you ship to that are not your primary address. These must be added before you place an order for that address.

Is the product new?
All of our products are new, current merchandise in the original packaging.

Why didn't my coupon work?
If you are trying to use an eBay or PayPal issued coupon, please contact them directly for help.

How come I have not received a response to my weekend email?
We are open normal business hours Monday – Friday 8 AM. to 5PM CDT. Emails sent during the evening, weekend or a holiday, may not be responded to until the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order until it ships from the warehouse. If it hasn't shipped yet, we will cancel the order and give you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy.

What if I want more than one of an item?
For most products, we have more than one available. Feel free to stock up!

What if my product is out of stock or discontinued?
We do our best to make sure products are in stock and ready to ship. However, occasionally products become out of stock or discontinued before we can update the listing's availability. We will update you if this happens. If the item is out of stock, you can either keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.
