The Latest ICOM Digital Signal Processor Technology with a Compact Remote Head

The IC-M802 offers an industry-standard 4-inch tall (10.16 cm) remote controller. When set up with the IC-M502 VHF radio, Icom offers you a complete communications station. You can easily read the alphanumeric name of any of the 1355 ITU channels at a glance with the large LCD display. Nighttime operation is no problem with 10 levels (plus OFF) adjustable backlit display and keypad.

The IC-M802 offers two large dials ? bank and channel ? for easy channel selection. Up to 16 banks of 20 (max.) each for user channels, and 17 banks for ITU channels are available. For added safety at sea, the IC-M802 offers the latest in one-touch DSC emergency communications technology. (ITU Class E standard.) The emergency button is covered by a red, spring loaded hatch to avoid accidental DSC activation.

The speech compressor, utilizing DSP, increases average talk power. Flexible filter settings provide for narrow band signals like e-mail, SITOR, FSK and other operation without an optional filter. An SSB first! The IC-M802 can be set to memorize your HF e-mail access frequency, mode and bandwidth settings. At sea e-mail has never been easier.

150 Watts of power offers superior worldwide communications. A one piece, die cast aluminum chassis and a large cooling fan allow continuous transmission at full output power? very important for data communications, like e-mail.

An optional automatic antenna tuner, AT-140, easily connects to the IC-M802. When the tuner cannot tune the antenna, the IC-M802 bypasses the tuner and displays a warning indicator on the LCD.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Estimated standard shipping is 3 to 7, express is 2 to 4 business days. Shipping rate is for 48 contiguous states only. Most items can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations at an additional fee. Contact us for a quote. We process and ship orders Mon Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. For large items shipped by LTL (trucking company) only curbside delivery is offered.

Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Prices, images and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to be accurate, but occasionally mistakes may occur. The Twister Group is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect images, product descriptions and specifications. It is customer responsibility to verify all product information with manufacturer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, The Twister Group shall have the right to cancel any orders placed.

Damaged Shipments

Advise the carriers representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or a shortage) on the airbill (all damage must be stated on the airbill, no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made).

Damaged shipments are to be refused if possible. If order is left at the residence notify carrier immediately that you want to refuse the shipment.

Damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Timeframe for claims resolution vary by shipping company and may take 15 business days or more.

Returns

The Twister Group offers a 30 day return policy for most items. Contact us to request return authorization.

NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Shipping cost, customs and brokerage costs.
Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a return authorization.
Panasonic, Intel products, 30" and over LCD/LED and plasma television sets as well as opened software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
Non-defective products with opened clamshell or blister.

Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization.

For all shipments returned by carrier and/or refused, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective 20% restocking fee will be charged (may be higher for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original brand new condition).

Please allow 2-4 weeks after all goods are received for returns to be processed.
