"Hi, Just wanted to let you know that everything is great with the rebuilt valve! It came Friday, I installed it Friday evening. I didn't get to fire it up until Saturday, but a weekend of driving with flawless operation tells me that it is working perfectly! I am just wrapping up a marathon of under-hood maintenance and cooling system upgrades (every free evening and weekend for the last 6 weeks), and I was going to rebuild my valve by following the Kirby Palm XJS guidelines. But, knowing that it would be several more days of sourcing a donor thermostat and going through that whole process, I decided to have a look on Ebay and I am glad I did! $89 including my shipping to you, and ZERO grief! Plus, while it was out I blanked off the water port with a plate and installed a manual ball valve so I could keep working on it without losing any time. THANKS AGAIN for your valuable service!!!"

This listing is for a Jaguar XJS AAV Rebuilding Service. I will rebuild your current air valve. Valve would need to be shipped to me (undamaged) so don't start messing around with the valve or it may not be rebuildable. Your Valve is completely striped down, cleaned and then reassembled using on the correct parts for the new thermal bulb to operate correctly ( temperature wise). The total cost includes return shipping. Remember after you pay, ship it to me ASAP. I'll have it back to you before you know it. All rebuilt valve are tested in boiling water as the visible shiny piston moves freely up and down full range with temperature change. >
