Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us within 30 days of the purchase. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also either refund the customer or exchange the item.

NOTE: Electrical items are not eligible for refund . Items that have been used or that are returned without the original packaging are not eligible for a refund unless deemed a manufacturers warranty issue.
