Up for sale is a 2003 Yamaha 250 Hpdi outboard. Standard rotation 30" shaft. Motor has 647 hours. All cylinders have over 100s compression. Engine starts easily and runs. Shifts gears smooth. Also power tilt and trim functions well. I haven't hooked up water to the motor so don't know the condition of the water pump. I'm selling the motor as is. Payment will be cash in person upon pick up or I can ship anywhere at buyers expense also. Motor does have minor scratches and paint fade.
