To return an unwanted item you must contact us via email thru eBay messaging within 7 days from recieving date to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Bill's Auto Parts ships to US addresses within the 48 states only via UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
No free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Is, APO, FPO, overseas PO Box,or any US affiliates outside of the mainland US. Please email us for shipping costs.

No International shipping available thru USPS for items that weigh over 60lbs. International shipping is done thru USPS Priority mail.
We can ship heavier items up to 150Lbs on UPS Global Shipping.
We cannot ship motors or transmissions overseas because cargo restrictions on hazards materials.
