• If you are returning your item for a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given.
• Opulence Electronics will gladly accept your return within 30 days of the original purchase.
• No refunds will be given on items that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point.
• Returned items must be in original box and include all of the original accessories. No Exceptions
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to Opulence Electronics and we will pay to ship the replacement item to you. If the exchange takes place 30 days from the date of purchase, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs in both directions.
• All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please email us at sales opulence-electronics.us for your RMA.
• We only allow for even exchanges. Any exchange attempt for a different item will be subject to additional fees.
• Subwoofer Warranty: Our warranty does not cover subwoofers if it has blown voice coils or if the speakers have been punctured. This is considered physical damage and is not covered by our warranty, or the manufactures warranty.
• Items returned that are physically abused, damaged or improperly installed will not be accepted.
• All International Sales are final, the return/exchange policy does not apply to International orders
• The return policy does not cover damage due to improper installation, if an item was physically altered by you, or services performed by anyone other than Opulence Electronics
