Shipping Details:  
Shipment will be either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedX.  Some larger items will ship via DHL or UPS Ground service.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has cleared.

If your address is a PO BOX, FPO, APO, there will be additional surcharge for shipping. Also if you are in AK, HI, PR, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, there will be shipping surcharge needed. Please do not pay until we invoice you with the proper shipping cost. 

International customers, please use the shipping calculator by clicking the shipping and payments tab. USPS Priority Mail International/ USPS Express Mail International is quoted for Non U.S. buyers. Just enter the quantity, input your country, and click "Get Rates" for a quick shipping quote.
You are responsible for any and all customs, import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges.

Return Shipping
The cost to return merchandise for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer and any charges, taxes, duties, or fees associated with the return shipment will not be reimbursed. This cost can be equated to the cost of driving back to any local retail store to complete a return.

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been damaged/lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and we has received final confirmation of payment.

If an item you received is defective, we will definitely replace the item with a new one; however, we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to our store. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.

Replacement Terms
We will send a product replacement for an authorized return following the completion of receiving and inspection at our facility. The replacement will ship within four business days following our receipt of your return (excluding weekends and national holidays). We do not send advance replacements or replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
To receive a replacement quicker, you may place a new order for the same item (shipping not included), and we will issue a refund for the full value of the returned product (including shipping), upon completion of our return process.

*We are not responsible for any installation/uninstall charges of any product that may turn out to be defective. Please have your installer bench test the product before installing in the vehicle.

We allow a return for a refund within 60 days from date of purchase. All returns must include all original items , unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning products back for refund or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fees for all returns. The amount refunded will also have a deduction of shipping costs incurred by Seller when shipping items to Buyer, including items purchased with "FREE SHIPPING".  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage to us immediately within 3 days.

Most items carries a 1 year warranty with us and we are in no way affiliated with the manufacturer of any name brands mentioned in this listing. Warranty will be void if the item has been misused or abused. Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders , damaged back plates, or water/flood damage. Any items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
