Description:Vintage Soviet military (CCCP) USSR aircraft cockpit CLOCK chronograph AChS that was prouced at the 1st Moscow Watch Factory (1 MChZ). The main clock in the plane - clock of the pilot observer (later - navigator). The history of this clock starts when Stalin ordered Jaeger Chroniflight for USSR military planes in Switzerland. After that production of such watch started at the USSR.
Appointment of this clock - calculation of navigation by the indicators og the current time in hours, minutes and seconds, measuring of flight time in hours and minutes, measuring short periods till one o'clock in minutes and seconds.
The dial contain three zones for counting: the biggest(around dial) - for measuring of the current time of day; little dial (top) - time what plane spend in way; little dial (bottom) - measuring and counting of short periods of time in seconds. it has block of heating of clock.
To wind the clock you need to rotate the left head against the course of an hour hand. Manual winding for five days. For accuracy clock need to wind once a week. Accuracy of clock ± 5 sec. There is a seal on back of this clock. Hourmarkers and hands are flourescent in the dark. This clock was made for aircraft's like MIG-23, MIG-25, MIG-29, SU-20, SU-27.
