This auction covers Honda CBR600 F2 models- 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994.  

You may add the matching REAR or HYDRAULIC CLUTCH line for an additional fee of $49.00 each!

This is a TWO FULL LENGTH front brake line kit designed to replace your OEM rubber hoses.  It consist of (2) HEL Performance Race Style Full Length 100% Stainless Steel Brake Lines - meaning that both lines attach to the master cylinder lever with a 'double banjo bolt' (included).  The lines route from the master cylinder to each individual caliper providing a direct feed of fluid to the calipers simutaniously.  This kit eliminates the stock "split line" or "over the fender" set up on most models that often become 'spongy' over time or under extreme braking due to the expansion of the rubber hoses.  With this kit, you will notice an increase in performance as you gain more braking power with less effort.

This is a Full Length line kit designed to replace your old rubber hoses, increase braking power, and add a custom look at the same time.  "Full line" means that this kit includes two full length stainless steel braided hoses that run directly from the master to each individual calipers.  This eliminates the stock "split line" or "over the fender" set up on most bikes.  However, this will not replace the "linked" or "anti-dive" systems as shown below.

The HEL Performance Brake Line fittings offer safety, security and a slim line attractive finish. All hoses can be supplied to the FMVSS-106 standard and the kits contain all items required for a complete installation including stainless steel banjo bolts and copper washers.
 

We have again changed the industry for the better by informing riders of the dangers of using Aluminium brake line fittings on stainless steel hose. When an aluminium fitting is placed on a stainless steel hose and the two parts are contaminated by salt water a reaction takes place between the metals which corrodes the aluminium fitting - Don't settle for anything other than stainless steel as this is what can happen...

HEL brakelines are manufactured of the highest quality stainless steel fittings permanently swaged onto a hard drawn tensile stainless steel braided Teflon hose and wrapped with a colored pvc cover to protect your bodywork and paint.  This eliminates the 'spongy' feeling often found with rubber hoses under extreme braking conditions- when you need the performance the most.  The stainless steel exterior provides excellent resistance to both corrosion and abrasion.  The swaged fittings give a streamlined finish and a secure connection.  Unlike some other steel braided brake lines, HEL lines are DOT approved for all on and off-road applications.

HEL braided brake lines use a Teflon PTFE interior rather than a standard PTFE interior allowing HEL brake lines to be bent 18,000,000 times without rupturing compared to 750,000 times like other competing products - That's 24 times the strength!  HEL braided motorcycle brake lines can also withstand 18,000 psi without failure. Other braided brake lines can only withstand up to 5,000 psi.   HEL lines also come with a lifetime warranty registration card.
