OUR LISTINGS:
Most of our listings come directly out of Estates--we only buy from smoke free estates, but we do not always wash the items prior to listing or shipping so the items will be in the exact condition as they came out of the estate. This is because we have tried cleaning items in the past and have damaged them by using the wrong cleaners--we will leave it up to the experts--the customers! Some items come from customers and they are hard to guarantee that they are from a smoke-free home, but we try our best.

Most of our items are not listed in Ebay's catalog as they are just that unique that we do not feel a catalog can describe them as good as pictures do, and we always take plenty of pictures of all angles if needed

Feel free to use the "make an offer" option on all of our listings if you find a better price elsewhere, we really would like you to buy from us if possible, and NOT overseas or Walmart.

All of our items may be removed from listing at any time to be put either for bidding or to be removed completely so as to not allow it to re-list for another month. All of our items are for sale locally as well, so if a local buyer purchases the item before it is sold on Ebay, it will be removed no matter how many days are “left” on the item. Therefore, we highly advise you not to wait until the last minute to purchase items if you are very interested in buying them.
SHIPPING:
We NEVER do free shipping, expecially if it is for a customer as we have to charge them shipping seperately, so please do not ask fro free shipping when making an offer.
We always pack items properly (which may be why shipping may seem higher sometimes) and insure them when required at no cost to you. We do our best to make sure your items arrive safely.
We do ship international but can take up to 30 days or longer depending upon border customs for certain countries.
We try to ship out items every 2-3 days, but if you order something EXPRESS SHIPPING, please call us or text at 704-682-6968 and let us know so we can get it out for you asap! In some cases, we will ship out the item Fed-ex in place of USPS if we feel the item will arrive safer or faster. We usually ship out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Post office does not pick up from us on the weekends.
Ebay calculates our shipping. We try to offer 2 shipping choices. BE SURE TO CHECK BOTH SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR THE LOWEST PRICE. Ebay keeps 13% of what you pay on shipping so they usually post the highest price first!
Media Mail Note: the US Postal Service is now opening and inspecting ALL packages sent via Media Mail. Therefore, the prices for Media Mail have increased and the delivery time for these packages will be slower. Please be patient with the post office as they work to smooth out the wrinkles in their new protocols.
Shipping to a different address than yours: we often prepare our packages right away so we can get them out to you quickly after payment has been received; therefore, if you want an item shipped to a different address than the one you have with PayPal, you need to let us know right away. Also, any item that is shipped to a different address will be shipped as-is, meaning that our return policy is voided as eBay’s “insurance” does not cover items shipped to a different address.
Items listed as Local Pick-up are also available for shipping, but you must make all of the arrangements to have the items picked up from us. We will do our best to wrap and pack your item to protect it during shipping.

PROBLEMS?

Good Customer Service is very important to us. If an item isn’t as described in the listing, please let us know once it arrives so we can see if there is some way to rectify the problem to everyone’s best interest. We only leave positive feedback for everyone (and hope to receive it as well).
If you need to contact us, you must contact us via eBay or phone, not to our personal email account as we get a LOT of spam and such that gets sent to the junk folder so we don’t even look at junk emails. If an email is sent to the personal email instead of via eBay, we will not respond. You can also contact us via phone or text at 704-682-6968.
IF an item is shipped to you and you receive it damages, please save the box and packing material as we will need to file an insurance claim. We will need pictures of the damage to start the claim. Once started, the postal service may want to see the original shipping box and contents so please save them until we tell you otherwise. Sometimes the insurance claim can take a couple of weeks, so please do no be upset with us over this as it is beyond our control. We always do the best we can to prevent damage, but when dealing with the postal service, it is guaranteed to happen ever so ofter---sorry.
PAYMENTS:
Payments are due within 4 days of purchase. If a payment hasn’t been received, eBay automatically opens an unpaid item dispute on the 4th day of not receiving payment even if you made other arrangements with us (it’s an automatic eBay thing that we cannot alter). We will wait another 4 days thereafter. If payment is not received by this time, eBay will automatically close the case and relist the item—and you will receive a penalty from eBay in doing so. So, please, do not wait for this to happen.….and it may keep you from being able to purchase other items from eBay in the future.
Requests for sales outside eBay is against eBay policies. We will not sell our items to you if you ask for sales outside of eBay and your request will be reported to eBay security.
RETURNS
Returns: There is a 14-day money-back guarantee if the item is not as described – not if you do not like the item. ALL items listed AS-IS do not qualify for returns at ANY time for ANY reason!
Return shipping will be YOUR responsibility. Do not purchase this item if you do not agree to do this in the event the item needs to be returned. We MAY pay your return shipping depending upon the reason the item needs to be returned; but do not automatically assume you are not responsible to pay the return shipping fees; e-Bay does not require us to pay them. If we offer return shipping fees to you, it is a courtesy, not a requirement—this courtesy is usually extended to buyers who are respectful and courteous.
If you return an item and it was not the one we listed or it was not in the same condition or it was an item that we do not accept returns on, you will NOT receive a refund and the item will NOT be returned to you. If you return an item that you state is not working but it works for us upon its return, you will either NOT receive a refund or you will receive a partial refund and the item will not be returned to you (so do check the batteries prior to sending it back, please).
When your return item is received, it will be compared with pictures taken prior to shipping to make sure your claim is justified. You are required to return-ship the item, the least expensive method, with a tracking number within 2 shipping days of contacting us (shipping days are all days except Sundays and postal holidays); the tracking number must be provided once you have sent the item; the item does not have to arrive here within 2 days, only the tracking number has to be emailed to us within those 2 days. Items sent back without notification or a shipping number may not be acknowledged. If you return something other than what we sent you and eBay gives you a refund, we will send your account to our collection agency or contact the police and file charges for theft—depending upon the price of the item.
THE REST OF IT:
Threats of any kind will not be tolerated! You will immediately be reported to eBay security as they do not tolerate threats either. Those submitting threats will be banned from future purchases from us and more than likely eBay in its entirety.
We do our best as a Family to be fair and honest in our listings. We have had customers buy items from us and return their old broken items saying that it was what we sold them: Please--we are a small family and cannot afford to lose money like Walmart on transactions like that.
AND REMEMBER GREEN WEDNESDAY THIS YEAR--That is the Wednesday before Thanksgiving where you are supposed to buy only USED items (hence the GREEN--recycled). Lets keep money in America and out of China (where 99.5% of all new items are made)
