AMELIA LOOKED ALL OVER ON THIS , THE SECOND ONE SHE CAME ACROSS....UNIQUE QUAD THROTTLE , SHE TALKED TO PEOPLE, LOOKED ON OTHER SITES, SO THIS IS A REAL MYSTERY! The levers do move freely, one of the short levers push against another half moon type of plate with teeth as for tension. Can this be for a boat..... Or a Japanese plane? Any ideas please write to Amelia we are puzzled . Thank you!!! Oh, this is good condition, no broken parts, chipped, it is guaranteed to work. Some chipping of black paint of years use.
