CTCSS and DCS toning essentially means your frequencies are coded so that even if someone else is using the same frequency, there won’t be a conflict since your transmissions are coded on the same carrier wave. (DCS Digital Code Squelch) and CTCSS (Continuous Tone-Coded Squelch System). Used to eliminate problems of overlapping chatter on the same frequency where more that one user is on the same channel. The audio is "coded" much like a key to a lock and the individuals with the proper "tone code" int he radio and reciever will only hear each other, locking out all other signals except ones with the correct code.

Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned need to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.
All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.
