This is NEW and not used in all the original packaging. Tin can has some rust and the outside cardboard box has some flaws. A few of the metal fittings have surface rust from sitting and age.

MY REFUND POLICY:
Buyer must contact me before sending item back. Please do not ship your item back to me until you receive a confirmation for a return. Item needs to be in the original condition when it was shipped to you for me to issue a full refund.

Some items are NOT RETURNABLE. This will be noted in auction.

You the buyer are responsible for the cost to return the item back to me. Returns must be requested within 14 days after the postmarked shipping date on your package / envelope. Postmarked date is the shipping date the Post Office stamped on the envelope/package. I have shipping logs for reference of date if needed. I also suggest that you add tracking when returning item as I cannot be responsible if your package gets lost in the mail. I need to get your item back in the mail before I can issue a refund.
