CPT Racing Modular single shear dual bearing floater design fits GM metric calipers. 

The upper mount hole is offset 1" back from center line.

Holes are 5-1/2" and 6-1/2" up from center, and also includes 2 retaining rings. 

These are comparable and can replace BSB, Wehrs, Keyser and many others.
