Our AFTERMAKET parts are either produced in European Union or imported in Europe from a Major Distributor, therefore, our parts not only meet the required standards of marine engines but also comply with the European laws and regulations of quality.
We do not sell Unbranded, Generic parts of uknown manufacturers. Instead, we are honest of our inventory, stating clearly who made each part and from where it was imported.

We are law abiding company, therefore we always issue invoices. These invoices are legal tax documents that can be used in your monthly/annual tax declaration. If you operate a business connected to 1) sales of marine engine spare parts 2) repair of marine engines or anything similar, you can also provide your VAT so we issue a commercial invoice.
Be aware that additional custom fees may apply that are beyond our responsibility. These are custom fees that may apply during custom checks.

We ship via Hellenic Post Office within one day of receiving cleared payment. Once your order reaches your country, it is delivered to you via your local carrier. Ex USA via USPS, Mexico via Correos de Mexico etc.
Shipping options for orders under 2000gr are Economy ( unregistered) and Standard (Registered).
Parcels over 2000gr can be shipped as Priority A (Standard) and Priority B (economy) ONLY for Europe.
Expedited shipping available with DHL. Cost is about 30$ for parcels up to 499gr. Does not worth the cost for European destinations as post office is equally fast and three times cheaper.

Shipping exclusions : Macedonia, Marshall Islands : We do not mean to offend you, however your country is not serviced by Hellenic Post Office. Other countries may be added if we find out that they are not serviced. Unfortunatelly we do not have a list of them.
These are just data gathered from various shipments and not a rule to follow. Arrival time is affected by various factors such as your local service, peak/low period, local holidays etc. All we can guarantee is that your order is shipped same or next business day and needs 1-3 days to leave our country.
Please note that we cannot predict delays caused by shipping carriers, however we have the option to track down a shipment and fill a reclamation form in case your order has stuck somewhere, provided you have purchased standard shipping. In case "Economy" was your option, all we can do is wait until the initial order is returned back. Price difference between registered and economy is less than a cap of coffee, 2.5$. We advice towards registered.
Return conditions
1) The item must be in its initial condition and not used/placed.
2) Gasket sets cannot be returned if the package is opened. It is common sense that it is easy for small parts missing from a set, if opened.
3) Buyer must have contacted with engine data (S/N model number HP) prior to purchase to be eligable for a free return. All part numbers in the listing are just for reference; being unsure of the accurate part and purchasing something assuming it would fit, is not the way parts are sold. We are more than happy to assist you finding the right part and we encourage to contact us if you need a piece of advice.
4) In case you purchased a wrong part, and this part is not electrical, if the package is unopened (rule 1 and rule 2) we accept a return. Apparently buyer pays return and reshipping costs.
5) No restocking fees and other scamming fees for returns. It is at least inapropriate to charge 20% to unpack a part and put it back on the self.
6) No returns accepted for parts that are specially listed uppon request.
7) All spare parts excluding electrical, are guaranteed. Consequently, in case something is faulty
a) DOA (Dead on arrival) Must be returned within 30 days and it will be replaced. Buyer pays only the cost of return. It is mandatory to return the invoice.
b) If the part stopped working within a year of the placement, it can be returned, provided it is accompanied with a signed statement of the technician who installed it, describing thoroughly the fault. As previously, returns are only accepted with the invoice of purchase.
8) Returns of electrical components are not accepted.
FAQ
Q : I purchased an impeller a month ago and I tried to fit it but it wouldnt. I wish to return it.
A: In case you have had provided us the engine specifications prior to the order, we will definatelly accept the return as it is our mistake; otherwise, it is not our fault. If you have not placed/opened the impeller we will accept the return but return and reshipping cost is on you.
Q : I purchased 4 months ago from you a water pump and now it leaks. I want my money back.
A : You should provide us a technician's formal statement that the part was faulty. Your water pump might have been destroyed by many reasons ( poor anodic protection, water instead of coolant for closed cooling systems, debris sucked through the gearcase etc). In such cases, our part is not faulty but your engine poorly maintenced. In case it is clear our part was faulty, it will be immidiatelly replaced.
Q : I purchased an impeller but it is not Quicksilver. I want my money back
A : Our company is called AfterMarket Marine parts. It is clear we sell aftermarket parts. This is always stated in every listing. We do not fool the customer claiming to ship OEM parts or "whatever is available".
