Shipping and Handling

Body Panels & Glass
Due to the high probability that body panels and glass will be damaged in transit it is our policy to freight these items in a pallet or a crate – additional charge will apply. Body panels include, doors, fenders, hoods, trunk lids, quarter panels, frame-cuts etc.
Airbags & Seat Belt Pre-tensioners
Airbags are considered a Hazardous Material and require a strict protocol to ship safely.  UPS or FedEX also charge more to ship these items. There would be a shipping surcharge for airbags and seatbelt pre-tensioners.
Engines & Transmissions
All engines and transmissions are shipped by freight line.  You must be able to unload a freight sized truck at your facility in order to accept these shipments.
All other parts
Most parts at USMA-VRUD are shipped UPS or FEDEX ground within 24 hours of your purchase.  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping or to any U.S. territories (i.e., St. Thomas,  Puerto Rico, etc.).
Local Pickup
Items can be picked up at our West Wyoming, PA location with no additional charge. Proof of Purchase identification is required, along with any applicable PA sales tax.

USMA VRUD is closed on weekends.

Warranty and Returns

30-Day Return Policy for all sales – Except Electrical

 

1.    Every part sold by USMA Vehicle Re-Utilization Division (herein, USMA-VRUD) comes with a 30-day return policy.
2.    NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. NO RETURNS ON CUT-OFF PARTS. No guarantee and no refunds on electrical parts. All return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser (customer).
3.    Part must be returned in its original packaging and its original condition for USMA-VRUD to honor the refund in the form of the original payment.
4.    There is a restocking fee of 25% for all returned parts unless “we” shipped you the incorrect part!
5.    A Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from one of our sales staff before shipping the part back to us.
6.    Shipping cost for all returned parts is the responsibility of the Customer!
