Orders will be shipped within 1 business day from California, USA. Orders with complete payment before 1 pm PST on working day will be shipped the same day.

All packages will be shipped via USPS or FedEX Ground accordingly Domstic 48 states, depending on shipping info for different products. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands are excluded for FedEX Ground.

14-Day Return and Money Back, minus the restock fee, if any, is acceptable after receiving date. Make sure the items is in the same condition as it was received: Brand New, Never Installed, Not Damaged, No Missing Parts and Good for Resell.

20% restocking fee is also applied if buyers:
- Simply don't want the item, not because of item quality.
- Provide a wrong address & need reshipment. Please double check your shipping address before payment.
- Bought wrong items due to not paying attention to listing information.

Return shipping fee is applied to buyers, unless it's defective or damaged from shipping.

All LEDs are applied to 90-Day Manufacturer Warranty. For other products, please refer to listing page to confirmed warranty.
