Payment is expected within 3 days of auction close unless prior arrangements have been accepted.
We accept PayPal only, unless prior arrangements - pre-auction closing - have been made or this will be a local pickup. PayPal, Cash or credit card is accepted for local pickups. If paying in cash, Please have exact change.
Local pickups will incur a $5 handling fee per item or $15 per pallet.
Local pickup hours are M-F 11:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

After 4 days, if payment has not been received, we are forced to file an unpaid item disute to let eBay know that the item was never paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was taken.
We usually ship on the 1st business day after payment is received - sometimes sooner. In rare cases later.
FEDEX is our preferred domestic shipper. USPS is our preferred Canadian shipper. In the case of an item that has calculated shipping, we use the UPS calculator There is none for FEDEX. The shipping service will be determined by us unless prior arrangements have been made.
Shipping rates are for the continental U.S. - lower 48 - and Canada - if listed- only. Anywhere else please email for rates and services.
International customers must include Telephone number for customs or you may incur a shipping delay.
Canadian residents may be subject to additional fees such as broker and GST - we can't control this and have no way of knowing what they actually may be. Please contact USPS, UPS, or customs with any questions of this nature.
All sales are final with the exception of an item arriving significantly not as described or damaged in shipping.
If items are listed as untested, we make no guarantees as to their functionality.
Seller's return policy:
No returns without prior approval. If item is D.O.A.(dead on arrival or significantly not as described), and no other resolution can be reached, we will replace - with like or similar item - if possible, and if not, a full refund will be given if we are at fault. Budget Vac USA reserves the right to replace before refund.
Buyer must contact us immediately and return postmark on item must be within 5 days of delivery date. The only exception to this rule is on Brand new items offered specifically with a mfrs. warranty.

Occasionally we obtain used items - we will clearly indicate if we obtain this as a used item.
We will do our best to indicate which one of these categories the items fall into and accurately describe the item. In most cases the only thing wrong with the item is that it does not have all or any of it's original packaging, maybe a scuff mark or two, or may be missing something. Owners manuals may or may not be included - they will be pictured or listed if they are included. We do our best to find and include a link to the manual if it is not included with the item.
Our testing department is staffed with a very hard working group of individuals that are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is done right, however the items that are tested are tested for basic functionality only. We cannot test for every feature that some of the electronic items come with and state, in the listing, what was done and what we know. Our value analysts are some of the best and we value their opinions and you will see that you can as well. Often it becomes necessary to list things as untested because we do not have the proper electrical/water etc. hookup. Unfortunately we call these items "untested" and make no guarantees about their functionality.
*We never guarantee the condition of a battery. We do not have the time to check on how long a battery will last. They are simply tested to charge up and run the item for testing purposes.
