• All Domestic shipments are shipped via Fedex/USPS. Shipments outside the Continental 48 states and PO Boxes are shipped via Priority Mail regardless of the package size.

  Your satisfaction is very important. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason, please contact us for a RMA# and we will refund the ITEM PRICE of any unused items upon receiving the items back. The items must be in their original condition and no signs of being installed or used, and free of scratches. Shipping and Handling are not refundable.
  
  All return items MUST be in original condition which means the item is never installed and in the original packaging, otherwise a 25% restocking fees will be charged. 20% restocking fees will also applied to all items sold with Free Shipping under any circumstances.
  
  
• 60 Days Limited Warranty
  Our products come with 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. No exchange will be allowed for products that have been damaged during installation. Please contact us for a RMA# before sending the item back for exchange. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to DOA Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by R7AutoParts.
  
  
• DOA
  If you have received a damaged or broken item, please email us immediately with a picture of the broken item attached so we can help you file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days after item is received.
  
  
• All products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by R7AutoParts written on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be rejected and no credits will be issued.
  
  
• Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive your RMA number. Please allow 10-14 Days to process your return or exchange after it is received by our RMA department.
  NOTE: We cannot send out replacements without receiving the items back. We strongly recommend you to keep your factory OEM lights in case you need to exchange your purchase. This way you'll have something to use while you wait for your replacement.
