Returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee plus the buyer will be expected to pay return shipping.

A refund or exchange will be issued to the buyer within 24-48 hours after we receive the original item and verify the security measures are intact. Please provide your user name, the item code, a brief despcription of the item and the reason why you need to return or exchange the item.

SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE FREE SHIPPING IS TO LOWER 48 STATES ONLY. Our offer of "Free Shipping" is genuine, we will however use the most cost efficient way to get your item to you in a realistic timescale. Our preferred shipper is USPS.

We only ship USPS to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico BY THE LEAST EXPENSIVE METHOD which can take up to 30 days. Additional surcharges will apply dependent on the weight, size of item and importantly the speed it gets to your destination.

You can of course opt to choose a quicker method that USPS offer but again additional surcharges will apply dependent on the weight, size of item. We do not offer overnight shipping.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
