Although we did not manufacture the parts that we sell, we do stand behind them. This part includes a parts warranty for 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise noted in the Notes line found the Item Specifics section. This warranty covers the main component of the part only. Coverage of labor cost for installation, removal, re-programming, etc. is not provided under any circumstance. All parts have tamper-proof markings which if damaged void the warranty.

 All parts must be properly installed and maintained according to factory specifications. The warranty is non-transferable (between vehicles or owners). We must be informed immediately of any discovered defect. Failure to do so shall void any warranty. At our discretion, we may require that an independent repair facility of our choice verify such defects. We are not responsible for any transportation cost incurred due to a failed part. Any improper use such as, but not limited to racing, neglect, mishandling of said part shall void the warranty.  Improper installation, repair or modification of said part shall void this warranty. Parts installed on a commercial vehicle are not covered. Any existing problems with the vehicle in which the parts are intended for that cause damage to the recycled part shall void the warranty. Failure to follow all instructions on the included installation tag will void the warranty. You, the purchaser, are obligated to establish compliance with any and all conditions set forth for any warranty claim to be accepted. Warranty does not cover any claims of personal injury, economic losses, inconveniences, transportation, towing and any consequential damages.

If the main component of the part purchased fails to operate normally after proper installation within the warranty period, please contact us promptly. We will promptly send a functionally equivalent replacement part whenever possible. When a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund. The original defective part must be returned to us (we will provide a return shipping label) either way. The refund will be processed only after we have received it.

If you need to return a part, please contact us for instructions. Original shipping costs are never refunded for any reason besides a major error in the listing (not including incorrect color or fitment of included pieces besides the main component). The refund will be less the original shipping cost, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs through the carrier of your choice. If the item included free shipping, the refund will be less the actual shipping & handling cost that we incurred to deliver the part to you, our valued customer. We will provide that amount with the return instructions. Incorrectly ordered or not needed parts are subject to a 20% (of the total purchase price) re-stocking fee, which will also be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers the administrative, labor and supplies expense that we incur as a result of the item being returned.

Shipping

This item will be carefully packaged and shipped promptly. If you require expedited shipping (Next Day, 2nd Day,etc.), please contact us with the eBay item number and your zip code. We do not ship internationally, but we can ship to a domestic exporter/freight forwarder of your choice. You are responsible for that arrangement. Tracking information is sent automatically after the shipment has been processed. Please allow ample time for delivery before contacting us. This item will be carefully packaged to help ensure successful delivery. If a package arrives with any obvious damage, please do not sign for the delivery and notify the carrier before opening to inspect the contents. Contact us promptly if the part has been damaged beyond what's shown in the photographs. All items sold for greater than $200, and all items shipped via freight carrier will be sent Signature Required. This means that you, or an agent, must be present at the time of delivery to provide a signature for delivery of the package to occur (the carrier will not leave it at the address unattended).

Payment Policies

We accept PayPal only, and require immediate payment, even if you plan to pick the item up (Local Pickup). If you wish to pick your part up at our facility in Concord, NH USA, please contact us promptly after purchase so we do not process the shipment. This is a great way to "reserve" a  desired part outside of our regular business hours, especially a hard-to-find item that is recently listed.

If an option states, for example 8th digit  "P" or "6", this is referring to the 8th digit (from the left) of your vehicle's VIN #, which must match. If an option lists "from or thru" a date (i.e. from 7/20/11) it is referring to the exact production date of the vehicle. ABBREVIATIONS & DESCRIPTIONS

Parts Grading: A standard code system from the Automotive Recyclers Association (ARA) is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, collision repair facilities, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing what these codes mean will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it.

A Grade          Used part that is of low mileage (relative to model year) and/or is in exceptional condition. It may show limited wear and has minimal imperfections such as fine scratches, minor surface rust, etc. See photographs & Notes/Description line.

B Grade          Used part in average condition. It is of average mileage (relative to model year and/or is in normal condition for its age. It may show wear, scratches, gouges, marks, pits, rust, corrosion, dents or other minor imperfections. See photographs & Notes/Description line.

C Grade          Used part with high mileage and/or light damage or is for parts/repair only as noted in the Notes/Description line. See photographs. 

Electrical and mechanical parts are graded automatically based on age & mileage of the donor vehicle. A grade C part might actually be in better condition than a Grade B due to environmental conditions, prior replacement, care by the previous owner(s), etc. 

All parts are tested when possible prior to removal from the donor vehicle to help ensure that they are fully functional.

We do our best to accurately show the part color in the photographs, so please examine & compare them carefully. Some parts have the actual OEM paint or trim code of the part listed in the Notes line. Paint & trim colors on parts (i.e. side view mirrors, switches, etc.) can vary slightly due to differences in paint tint lots and how the previous owner cared for the vehicle.  Therefore, exact color match to your vehicle is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, it is limited by 36 characters, so we use abbreviations to fit a lot of information into a small space. Our computer system allows us to show that information to you in each of our listings.  NON-MATCH (the part # on the listed item does not match the interchange system and may not be compatible with the listed vehicles, rather only vehicles that have that exact part #). Takeoff means that it is a like new OEM part that was taken off a vehicle before delivery to a customer from the dealership (less than 1,000 miles on it, and very minimal if any wear. 

Orientation (United States production based): The LH or Lt.(Left) side is the driver's side of the vehicle (referenced while sitting in the Driver's Seat), and the RH or Rt.(Right) is the passenger's side of the vehicle. UPR (Upper), LWR (Lower), W/ (with/), W/O (without/), Excl. (excluding). Incl. (Including). When viewing tail lights: QTR MTD (Quarter Panel Mounted) or OUTER means the outermost taillight, usually between the decklid/hatch and the quarter panel. LID MTD (Deck Lid/Trunk Mounted) or INNER means the innermost taillight. 

Parts may include accessories, covers, brackets, nuts, screws, bolts, trim pieces, foam insulation, wiring harnesses, pigtails, etc., as shown in the photographs. These pieces other than the main component are not guaranteed to fit your application, and are only included as a courtesy.

PLEASE NOTE:  Many modern electronic parts (computer modules, speedometers, radios, climate controls, switches, control motors, sensors, etc.) must be taken (with the vehicle) to your local dealership or capable service center to be re-programmed or "flashed" to your vehicle as part of the installation process.
