Due to the nature of the products being sold, all items are inspected prior to shipment. Merchandise is carefully packaged in compliance with carrier requirements. Visible shipment loss or damage claims must be made with the carrier, by the customer, at the time of delivery. The customer must note the problem on the freight bill, or carrier's receipt, and have the carriers agent sign the document. Concealed loss or damage claims must be made by the customer, to the carrier by, requesting an inspection and filing a claim with the carrier. back to top
