Item came from a Marine parts store which sold Balmar products. Item has no manufacture box or documentation. It has a double pulley, 12V 120Amp Model 60-120-SR-IG. Cosmetically it has marks, scratches, and missing paint typical with factory rebuilt parts. The back cover is cracked and missing a piece of plastic but does not impede functionality. We have other pulleys available so let me know if you need a different type.
