Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 30-day guarantee unless otherwise stated. The 30 day period starts when you take possession of the part. No labor warranty is provided.
All parts are of a USED quality, and NOT new or remanufactured. Used parts will need to be cleaned and inspected upon reciept prior to installation to ensure a proper fit and proper working order. We are not responsible for improper installation.
All electrical parts are sold AS IS, . We test all electrical parts (excluding computers and sensors) before shipping to verify proper working order.
No guarantee on paint colors. We will try to match your color as close as possible, if requested.
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.
To return an item you must contact us via email within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).
Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.
Once you obtain an RMA number, ship the item back to Chapman Enterprises Inc. 8028 Chapman Hwy. Knoxville, TN, 37920 along with the RMA number.

All parts over 75 pounds will be shipped by a standard freight company.

Pick up at our facilities is available. Please email us prior to your purchase to arrange pick up.
All orders are processed on mondays and fridays and will be shipped within 7-14 working days of purchase.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Most areas in the US are within 5 days. No expedited shipping is available.
