Returns :

Exchange are offered for item(s) that are defective when received, although this is highly unlikely, please contact us before taking any action, we will give you detail instruction to ship it back to us.

All return item(s) must be in brand new condition, which means the item(s) is never installed and kept in the original packaging. Otherwise, you will be subjected to a 20% restock fee.

Defected item(s) or problems with your order must be reported in 3 days after receiving, after that exchange will not be given.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.

Please contact us for any return and request for RMA number, once the RMA number is issued, the buyer have 14 days to return the item, if any item that is return after 14 days, the item are subject for rejection.
