I strive to treat all my customers like I would want to be treated. I usually go above and beyond to make my customers happy. If I have any neg. or neutral in my feedback, it's because no matter what I did it did not satisfy or was left without contacting me first. SHIPPING:
In most all cases I ship within the next 24 hrs. after payment has been received. I use USPS and usually ship 6 days a week except for Holidays. Most of my items are Free Shipping and so I ship First Class Mail (Box, Envelope, Padded Envelope) or Flat Rate Priority Mail (small box or Padded Envelope) to be able to offer free shipping and do not charge a handling fee. Returns:
If for any reason you need to return an item please email me and tell me what the problem is so I can fix it or give you a return authorization and address to ship to. When you email me please include your bikes ID. Number so I can see if I may have listed it wrong or what happened. Yes, occasionally I do make a mistake.
