We are BOOKOFF USA INC. doing reuse business of items from books, games, DVDs, to like hobby items, electronics, sports goods, and etc..

We have stores in CA and NYC, and residents in these states will be charged tax according to the state they reside in.

Our online business open M-F 10am-6pm.

We close on weekend and some holidays.

Our handling time till shipping out is basically 1 business days.

【Payment】

PayPal is the only form of payment accepted except for the local pick up items which you may pay in cash if that's the only option.

We will cancel the order if we don't receive the payment in 14 days.

【Shipping】

Items ship in basically 1 business days of cleared payment.

We do combine shipment for most of the items and shipping cost will be automatically set when you put items in cart. You will see the discounted shipping cost.

Please make sure the ship to address on your account is correct at the time of payment.

Basically, we don't correct or revise the incorrect address. Especially for international.

We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error.

For international shipping, we solely use eBay global shipping program. We don't ship to countries which are not eligible in eBay global shipping program.

For local pick up, you can pick up during our business hours above.

【Return Policy】

We accept returns only if items are defective from functionality issue or damage from shipping.

Since items are basically used items, we don't accept returns with simple reason like "No longer wanted or needed" like brand new items sold at retail stores.

Please contact us and return item in 14 days following receipt of it.

There is no warranty since our items are basically used items.
