Descriptions of the items in auctions are made to the best of our ability and knowledge. We may not be too familiar with some of the items that are listed and try to show further details through the many photos shown to help the prospective buyer SEE the item and in many cases note something that we may have missed OR failed to add in the description. Keep in mind that we do sell a lot of vintage items and they may carry an odor (animal or smoke) from storage and/or age which in unavoidable. 

Shipping: Shipping costs are upfront, based on weight and size.

Five Star rating is VERY important to us.  If you are dissatisfied in any way with the item that you receive PLEASE contact me before giving me a rating as we aim to please our customers and will certainly work something out to your satisfaction/ We'd prefer to settle matters diplomatically rather than go through E-bay which involves time and “paperwork” for both of us.
