For shipments to California addresses, we are required by State law to collect  9.5% Sales Tax.

We will ship items by FedEx, UPS or USPS Typical Delivery in 2 to 10 business days.

We use FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service. We choose the shipment method based on the product and its packaging. We aim to select the most efficient and safe way to get your item to you quickly. WE DO NOT SHIP UPS NEXT DAY OR SECOND DAY AIR for your safety and reduce fraudulent purchases.

UPS and FedEx Shipments: Items are shipped via UPS and FedEx come with tracking number. Majority of items are shipped out within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. It takes 24-48hours for UPS and FED EX to update their database with the latest pick up information. If you don't receive the package after the 10business days have passed, you may contact us or UPS to track status.

US Postal Service(USPS) Shipments: Items are shipped via US Postal Service with tracking number and USPS do not scan consistently. Majority of items are shipped out within 48 business hours after receipt of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days before contacting us, most customers will receive their items within this time. You may contact us for tracking information after the 14business days have passed. Please do not ask before 14 business days have passed since you made your payment, all the tracking info we have is here.

International Shipments: International Shipments do not have a Real Time Tracking Number. We do have a Customs and Mailing Number but it can not be tracked on USPS website. Please give it 20-business days before contacting us.

Duty and taxed for International Buyers:
All international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. Canada buyer are also charged a custom/brokerage fees, these fees are not charged by our company, If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website.

Multiple Purchase:
We will give 10% discount on each additional item shipping charge. The highest First Item shipping and handling rates from all items on the order, and then use the Additional Item shipping and handling rates for every other item on the order. The Additional item shipping and handling is 10% off on the regular shipping and handling. All combinable items must be won within 3 days and consolidated in one single checkout. Please DO NOT checkout until you have all items won. The 10% additional shipping discount will be applied automatically when you checkout. * Warning* If you DO NOT checkout with 7 days, our system will file a dispute and reported on ebay. To We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days. Contact us first for return authorization before you ship back the package. The return item(s) must be in brand new condition with all original packaging and accessories. No refund will be made for damaged parts. If we send the wrong item, we will take care of everything for exchange. If buyer places the wrong order, we accept exchange or refund money on item with 15% restocking fee and shipping is nonrefundable. If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.

Installation- Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may need modification to install. Most of the items do not have installation instructions. We recommend professional installation if you have any questions about the product.

Please note: It is imperative that bidders understand the items are vehicle related and require installation and vehicle knowledge. They are not like shoes that you can buy on eBay and just put on your feet. Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (beware some shops are worse than others). We are not responsible if you or your shop cannot install the items properly. Do research on your car specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and knows your specific model. Those are the best places to have it installed. We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind, we do not make the products. We do our job which is to get you the best price possible and ship it out fast.

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

If customer receives damaged or wrong item(s), please email us immediately. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It may be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures may be required for most of the cases.

We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. We allow bidders to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price (Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable). If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for All Return Postage and Shipping Charges. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned refused and/or undeliverable.
