We offer a 30 day money back return policy. We do not cover return shipping under *any circumstances* other than an incorrect part number being shipped (ie. 18A889 ordered but 18A889A shipped). Returns of defects and items that are incorrect due to fitment guide inaccuracy or failure to properly identify fitment prior to ordering are the sole responsibility of the buyer. **All returns must be shipped back in the original undamaged box to receive a full refund.** If the part is returned without the original box, we will be unable to issue a refund. If the box is extremely damaged or is in unsalable condition, there may be a 20% restocking fee. Please keep in mind we offer the option to return as new and unused, but still need to sell the item - if you would not want to buy it in the condition you're returning it, you will probably be charged restocking. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. Warranty returns MUST be received and the claim investigated by the manufacturer before honoring the warranty. Warranties will be given as exchange only unless within the 30 day return window.
