If on the other hand, the item arrives broken, you are responsible for returning it to the POST OFFICE or UPS office to have a claim made. I will issue a refund or a replacement once I have the claim form in my hands and not before. I must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of intent to return or that the item is damaged. Remember - Contact seller prior to returning an item. Returns will be accepted up to 7 days after receipt of payment and must be unworn and in original packaging. Refunds are not made on shipping and handling costs. I choose shipping method.
