Shipping
Shipping Methods and Fees:
We currently offer shipping to PHYSICAL addresses only in the continental 48 states. Usually using USPS Priority mail, UPS, FedEx Ground, etc.
eBay delivery estimates are not guaranteed times of delivery, if needed by a certain date, purchase expedited.
International purchases are subject to custom's fees, Tax, and Duties upon receipt. These charges vary from country to country, and are based on overall cost of the item. Please note that calculation and payment of these charges is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping prices for all items can usually be found in each listing. You will notice that most of our items offer FREE shipping to any of the continental 48 states. Additional shipping costs will be required of anyone outside the 48 states, or within those states but using a PO Box or APO. This includes Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Guam. All shipping prices include insurance and tracking.
 
We usually use USPS priority mail within the continental 48 states, We will sometimes use UPS, FedEx, but this is rare. If you have a shipping service preference, please let us know BEFORE you pay for the item, so we can note it on your invoice.
 
We ship our larger, heavier items via truck service. Items that are pallet sized or a large quantity order, it is shipped by a trucking service.
 
You will notice eBay provides shipping time estimates in the listing. Please understand that these are only estimates based on past orders and can not be assumed to be guaranteed. If you need your item delivered by a specified date, we encourage you to purchase expedited shipping.
Please refer to the price chart below for additional costs on US orders that are outside the 48 continental states or using a PO Box/APO.


Tracking Information
We update tracking numbers to eBay everyday. You can find yours by clicking "My eBay" and scrolling down to the purchase. If your tracking number is available, it can be found there. If you do not see one, and believe your item should have shipped, please feel free to email us through eBay for information.

Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping discounts whenever possible. Most of our items ship individually, even if paid for together, so we are not able to discount more than $5-10 for additional items purchased. This does not apply to every item, so please email us through eBay for specific information regarding combined shipping.

Local Pickups
Due to the policies of our warehouse, Please allow us at minimum 3-4 hours to get order ready.

Expedited Shipping
At this time, we can only offer expedited shipping within the US. We use FedEx Air for all expedited requests. Unfortunately we cannot expedite international orders.

Listed Shipping Amounts
The shipping fees in our listings contain no hidden fees, and cover a variety of factors including, but not limited to: handling, insurance, tracking, packaging materials, and the actual shipping. If you feel the shipping cost is too high, please do not purchase the item.

Shipping Packaging and Condition
Here at Advanceignition we aim to only deliver items in excellent condition. We have a heavily trained shipping department who pack every item securely, and we do not send damaged merchandise. If you receive something with damage, this has most likely occurred in transit, and we encourage you to contact us about it, so we can file the proper claims to get your money back. Address Corrections
If you have accidently used the wrong shipping address when paying, please contact us ASAP. It is not guaranteed that we can catch the item before it is put on our shipping truck, but we will try our best. If it has already been picked up and was sent via UPS, we can intercept and change the address for a fee. Please note that you always have the option of adding a new address to PayPal BEFORE you pay. If an item gets returned to us because of an address error, we will reship it for free.

International Shipping (Includes Canada)
Advanceignition’ is proud to offer shipping to almost anywhere in the world. We use USPS Priority International which allows us to charge about half of what UPS charges.
 
Please note the following very important information about international orders:
 
All international orders are considered final.
 
We cannot ship international orders for free.
 
When the incorrect amount of shipping is paid, we will refund, and cancel the order. To prevent this, please confirm the shipping cost before paying.
 
A phone number is required for all orders, so please provide this at the time of payment, or through an eBay message.
If you are in need of a rushed order, please do not purchase the item.
 
Customs fees, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. It is entirely the responsibility of the customer to estimate and pay these charges upon receipt.

Shipping Insurance
Advanceignition' insures all package at no extra cost to the customer, except when noted in the listing. If necessary, we are always willing to open an insurance claim for a lost or damaged package. Please understand that USPS claims can take 2-3 months and UPS claims can take 2-4 weeks to be resolved. We will always try to work out a mutually beneficial solution once the claim is complete.

Drop Shipments
Advanceignition' ships from our own warehouses whenever possible. On the rare occasions when we are not able to end a listing in time and an item is oversold, we will have your item drop shipped from a different supplier. This should not affect the handling time, as we have great relationships with drop shippers all over the country.

Please read the below policy as it will be strictly enforced in order for us to continue running a successful business and continue to bring you savings on all automotive products.

An item must be eligible for returns in order to request an RMA number. We stand behind our items and will honor a repair at the very least in EVERY situation!!!

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer of the item. After the 30 days, we can help you with taking advantage of your applicable warranty if available. We work with you in every case on a return to make sure that you at the very least get the contact information you need to make sure you get what you deserve and what you have paid for!

Before returning item customers must request an RMA#. If the RMA number is not included with the return or if the package is not sent to the correct return address, the package will be delayed in processing and you will be liable for the full restocking fee. This is for the customer’s protection. If the process is not followed, it is impossible to get returns processed in a quick and easy manor.

Items will only be accepted if returned back to us in the condition that they were received by you, with all parts and original packaging included. The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package. The customer is responsible to insure that we receive the return back. Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be available if necessary.

Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once it has been received back. This time is for inspecting and testing the return so thank you for being patient.

The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.
