Intellian MIM Overview

Intellian DISH Network MIM utilizes a leading-edge technology which replaces the Dish Network DP-34 multi-switch. The user oriented design of the MIM offers Dish Network subscribers access to their favorite high-definition (HD) programming and switches automatically between Dish Network 110xW, 119xW, and 129xW satellites or alternatively between satellites 61.5xW,110xW, and 119xW. If you are in certain areas of the east coast or south Texas, you may not be able to view HD programming from the 129x satellite based on your geographical location. Therefore, instead of selecting the 129x satellite, you can select the 61.5x satellite which carries the same programs as the 129x satellite.

Intellian recommends using a Dish Network model ViP211 HDTV receiver for automatic satellite switching. The MIM module has four receiver connector ports. Intellians MIM allows you to select which receiver connected to the MIM will be the "Master" receiver. The "Master" receiver will control which satellite the antenna is focused on. You can simply choose your desired channels by using the receivers remote control through the Master receiver, and the Intellian i-series will automatically switch to the appropriate satellite. With Intellians MIM, you can enjoy watching Dish Network HD TV without any disruption.

In addition, the installation and configuration are very easy and simple even if more than 4 satellite receivers are connected with the MIM. Intellian MIM is designed to provide user-friendly ease of installation so that even novice can easily install and connect these according to our manual. Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 business hours. Estimated standard shipping is 3 to 7, express is 2 to 4 business days. Shipping rate is for 48 contiguous states only. Most items can also be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and international destinations at an additional fee. Contact us for a quote. We process and ship orders Mon Fri and are unable to offer weekend or holiday delivery. For large items shipped by LTL (trucking company) only curbside delivery is offered.

Processed orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Prices, images and specifications are subject to change without notice. We do our best to be accurate, but occasionally mistakes may occur. The Twister Group is not responsible for typographical errors, incorrect images, product descriptions and specifications. It is customer responsibility to verify all product information with manufacturer. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, The Twister Group shall have the right to cancel any orders placed.

 
Damaged Shipments
  • Advise the carriers representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or a shortage) on the airbill (all damage must be stated on the airbill, no damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made).
  • Damaged shipments are to be refused if possible. If order is left at the residence notify carrier immediately that you want to refuse the shipment.
  • Do NOT sign the airbill stating that the merchandise was received in Good Condition
  • Retain all shipping materials
  • Notify us as soon as possible
  • A representative of the carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages
  • Damage claim will be filed with the carrier. Timeframe for claims resolution vary by shipping company and may take 15 business days or more.

    Returns
    The Twister Group offers a 30 day return policy for most items. Contact us to request return authorization.

    NOT REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

    • Shipping cost, customs and brokerage costs.
    • Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage as a result of shipping must be filed with the carrier immediately and prior to any requests for a return authorization.
    • Panasonic, Intel products, 30" and over LCD/LED and plasma television sets as well as opened software and other products listed as non-returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • Non-defective products with opened clamshell or blister.

    Items returned for refund must be in sellable condition. The Twister Group reserves the right to refuse issuing return authorization.

    For all shipments returned by carrier and/or refused, non-defective and defective returns that are found to be non-defective 20% restocking fee will be charged (may be higher for returns missing anything from original contents or not in original brand new condition).

    Please allow 2-4 weeks after all goods are received for returns to be processed.
