You are looking at a horn mount for Kahlenberg T-2 marine horns.  Would work for truck, buses, trains, etc. It is very heavy duty, chrome over bronze.  Has some very light pitting in a few areas, but is in beautiful condition.  Please see illustration in photo for application.
