CIPA's experience in the development and manufacture of rearview mirrors is derived from the European automotive industry. Until 1985, CIPA-USA was a subsidiary of CIPA-France, and innovative industry leader for over 65 years. Established in 1926, CIPA-France has played a major role in the design evolution of rearview mirrors. Clients in the European market include BMW, Mercedes, Renault, Volvo and Volkswagen. In the US market, CIPA mirrors can be found on Chrysler and Ford vehicles, plus some of the finest motorcycles, boats, ORV's, personal watercraft and snowmobiles manufactured. Since 1985, CIPA-USA has been a privately held U.S. Corporation operating in Port Huron, Michigan. CIPA has continued to show healthy growth year after year. CIPA currently manufactures its products in the U.S, Asia and France, and continues to provide high quality, fast-moving products setting sales volume records in almost every category sold. CIPA's high level of customer service and 'just in time' deliveries have converted CIPA from just a mirror supplier to a business partner. In 1987, CIPA entered the marine industry as a supplier of rearview mirrors to tournament ski boat manufacturers. Today, CIPA supplies mirrors to 100% of the tournament ski boats manufactured in the U.S. Since its entry into the marine industry, CIPA has introduced many innovative mirrors to enhance rearview safety in the family recreational and PWC segments. In the spring of 1992, CIPA introduced the first PWC aftermarket mirror, and remains the only company selling mirrors in that market today. Payment Terms & Checkout Procedures
After winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you must use our checkout system to complete payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Our secure checkout will calculate your order total and give you the choice to pay via Major Credit Card, and PayPal. Payment must be made in US funds and only be paid from US banks.

We accept payment made through Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Payment is expected 7 days of completing checkout.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is additional and is added to your order total during checkout. Sales tax will be charged on shipments to Texas. State and local taxes will be calculated based on the shipping address entered at time of checkout. Note that taxes are based on order total, including shipping charges.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from USA SuperSale, return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less original shipping charges). All returns or exchanges must be received in their original new condition in order to receive refund or proper exchange. Please contact us to receive instructions for your return or exchange.

Failure to provide this information will result in delays on refunds and exchanges and many times will result in more fees to get the item to it's proper location. If you have any problems, questions or comments regarding your order, PLEASE CONTACT US.

Please contact for instructions for returning your item. If these instructions are not followed it may result in additional fees to get the item to it's proper location. Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the product is received at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax. There will be an 15% restocking fee for returns. Please allow 2 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.


Damage Policy
Once shipped, the item is out of USA SuperSale's control and is the responsibility of the carrier. If shipment damage occurs enroute to buyer a claim will be filed by USASuperSale upon notification by seller. Notification must be sent to USASuperSale within 48 hours of receipt of item. Notification after this 48 hours will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damage. In order for the claim to be valid, the buyer must keep both item and box for presentation to their local postal authorities for damage verification. Buyer must also present clear visible photos via email to USA SuperSale for the claim process. Damage verification photos must be received by USA SuperSale within 72 hours of package receipt in order to process any claims. Please contact us, so we can tell you where to send the photos, eBay will not allow us to give out email addresses. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in loss of claim and monetary consideration for damages.

Q: Do you have this item in different part, make, model or colors?
A: USASuperSale carries one of the most extensive selections of factory original equipment, but our sell-through rates are very rapid. Virtually 100% of product that is in stock has a live listing at all times. If the item is not listed in eBay, please give us a call. We are constantly adding new product and lines. We are able to get a lot of OEM parts, and are working as fast as we can to get it all out there to the public.

Q. Will this part fit different years and models?
A. Yes, they may.  We only state in the ad what information we have been sent with the product.  The best way to verify if something will fit is by taking your VIN # from your vehicle and calling the local dealership with the OEM part number in the ad.  They will be able to tell you for sure if it will work from the software they have been provided with from the manufacturer.
 
Q. The color in the picture is different than mine. Why?
A.  Please do not go by a picture to determine if a part is the correct color.  Take the OEM part number in the ad and your VIN# from your vehicle and call the dealership, they will tell you if it will work and, if not, what will. This will save a lot of expense on your part if it doesn’t work.
