Twenty years ago we made our first BACKRACK. Since then we have seen competitors come and go trying to copy our design. While they might add a one size fits all product to complete their product line, they can't match our attention to detail that results in a custom fit, no drill application tailored to fit your truck. BACKRACK is our only product and all our energies are focused on offering you the best product possible. Drilling holes into the sheet metal of your new truck is against the male code of ethics. Like applying suntan lotion on another guys back.it's just wrong. It also costs you big money at the end of a lease so we design our install kits with clever bolts that don't require drilling. If however your truck doesn't have stake pockets we must break the code. Trucks come in different widths. Cabs come in different heights. One rack to fit all trucks might be convenient for the manufacturer but won't look so good on your truck. Our competitors try to take the easy way out by making a one size fits all deal at the expense of your trucks good looks. We however have taken the time to design our products for each and every truck. Use our Choose your Ride feature to get the right product for your truck. Oh yeah, one size fits all is another way of saying let's drill some holes in your truck. Twenty years ago we designed the BACKRACK. Twenty years later the same man still owns the company and still gets dirty in the shop on occasion. When a business owner is involved in the day to day operations of a business he is personally invested. The result is a quality product created by caring employees. Although our manufacturing processes are modern, our commitment to quality is old school.

We have been selling everything High Performance for over 50 years! Starting from a small garage in the 50's to the beautiful new 6000sq ft showroom we have today, customer service has always been a top priority. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction.

You can call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 Ext. 9 to process a credit card payment over the phone. We can only process Domestic credit cards. International orders can only be paid with Paypal at this time.

Shipping

Some of our items normally dropship from the manufacturer, As such the Estimated Shipping Time Ebay shows may be incorrect! For international customers, we may have to order these in to our location before shipping out, which delays shipping times. Contact us for an accurate shipping time.

Domestic:

For Domestic shipments, we ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS as stated in the listing.

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Overseas Customers, Our Ebay Shipping Calculator has problems automatically showing shipping for these locations, but we can ship to you! Message us!

UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide an alternate ship-to address with your payment.

Expedited shipping is available from UPS and USPS, please email us for a shipping price if needed.

A tracking or delivery confirmation number will always be provided once your item(s) ships.

NOTE: Due to the sheer volume of packages that we ship each day, we cannot track every package once it leaves our facility. It is up to the buyer to notify us about any in-transit problems. We will gladly assist in any claims with the carrier that we used to ship your item(s).

International:

For International shipments, we ship via UPS, USPS or DHL. Which carrier is used depends on your location. We will choose the carrier that will deliver the quickest for your location. We cannot declare lower customs values for legal and insurance reasons. We can not and will not declare an item as a gift. Buyer is responsible or all taxes, duties and fees for their country. If a shipment is refused because the taxes, duties and/or fees are not paid, realize that we cannot issue a refund unless we have the merchandise shipped back to us by the customer.

The fitment data in many of our listings comes direct from the manufacturer. We strive for accuracy, however, there could be discrepancies on the manufacturers end with listing applications. PLEASE MESSAGE US WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT YEAR/MAKE/MODEL INFO IF YOU NEED!!

Warranty Claims >

All warranties, expressed or implied, is that of the manufacturer NOT Espeedshop/SK Speed. That said, we will assist in processing a claim. Some warranty claims can be handled by us, but most must be submitted directly to the manufacturer. In either case, we will assist in the process. No warranty of any kind is offered or implied for parts that are discontinued, new-old stock, or used.

Returns

Please send us a message here on ebay or call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 Ext. 9 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any merchandise back to us. Issued RMA numbers will only be valid for 30 days.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and a refund will not be processed until inspected upon return to us. Returns must be in new, resellable condition.

Returned item(s) must be in a shipping box, not shipped in the factory packaged box that the item comes from the factory. If an item is shipped back to us for a return without the original factory supplied box, a 20% re-stocking fee will automatically be applied.

Returns of electrical items must be in "as-new" and still remain factory sealed. A testing and re-stocking fee of at least 20% will apply if the item does not meet these requirements.
