Shipping
Domestic:
For Domestic shipments, we ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS as stated in the listing.
UPS and FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide an alternate ship-to address with your payment.
Expedited shipping is available from UPS and USPS, please email us for a shipping price if needed.
A tracking or delivery confirmation number will always be provided once your item(s) ships.
NOTE: Due to the sheer volume of packages that we ship each day, we cannot track every package once it leaves our facility. It is up to the buyer to notify us about any in-transit problems. We will gladly assist in any claims with the carrier that we used to ship your item(s).
International:
For International shipments, we ship via UPS, USPS or DHL. Which carrier is used depends on your location. We will choose the carrier that will deliver the quickest for your location.
We cannot declare lower customs values for legal and insurance reasons. We can not and will not declare an item as a gift.
Buyer is responsible or all taxes, duties and fees for their country. If a shipment is refused because the taxes, duties and/or fees are not paid, realize that we cannot issue a refund unless we have the merchandise shipped back to us by the customer.
Please provide a valid phone number with International orders as the shipping carriers will, at times, need to contact you for more information.
Returns
Please call us toll free at 1-800-846-4252 Ext. 9 or message us here on ebay to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any merchandise back to us. Issued RMA numbers will only be valid for 30 days.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and a refund will not be processed until inspected upon return to us. Returns must be in new, resellable condition.
Returned item(s) must be in a shipping box, not shipped in the factory packaged box that the item comes from the factory. If an item is shipped back to us for a return without the original factory supplied box, a 20% re-stocking fee will automatically be applied.
Returns of electrical items must be in "as-new" and still remain factory sealed. A testing and re-stocking fee of at least 20% will apply if the item does not meet these requirements.
