Very rarely, delays can occur in shipping due tocircumstances beyond our control (postal service delays). If the item isdelayed in shipping, the buyer should inform the seller about delay. Pleaseallow the seller 1-2 business days to research the situation and possiblereasons of delay.

Sending

The item(s)will be sent within 3 business days after the payment is received. Businessdays do not include weekends and national holidays of Russia (NewYear, Christmas, Easter, May 1, etc.). The buyer will be informed aboutsending.

Packing

The seller sends the item in packing that guaranteessafe delivery by Airmail. All items will be carefully packed. If the item was damaged in shipping (visual damage, loose partsetc.), you must notify the seller as well as the carrier immediately.Any claims of damage after 3 days can be denied by the carrier.
