As many of you may know the PCV valve was designed to replace the road draft tube from the 1960s and earlier. The Positive Crankcase Ventilation valve has numerous different functions such as: Preventing again sudden high pressure pulse, keeping backfires from reaching the crankcase, protecting against blow-by, improving emissions and just keeping your engine clean!

This Ford FE intake manifold rear plate with Stainless Steel medium/high volume PCV valve and Breather Basket are cast and machined from premium materials. The plate is cast from solid aluminum to provide a tremendous amount of stability, and a Stainless Steel PCV valve that will not rust and freeze up like others . The breather basket is made out of billet aluminum and is filled with aluminum mesh to keep the oil and air separate.

This plate comes with gasket and washers when available, the valve may or may not come with thread sealant applied; and as always all components are made in the USA!
