You are viewing a two part, lockable car boot. These were made for the Chicago parking enforcement. This is a heavy duty boot that does have some minor paint loss but is in great condition otherwise. The only thing missing is the lock that you will have to provide. Each one has a neoprene pad on the wheel side and is ready to use. We have approximately 80 in stock. The dish measures approx. 15" diameter.
