This Anchor was brand new purchased at West Marine.  This was the recommended anchor, however that turned out to not be true.  We used it once, however it was not allowed to be returned as the box had been opened. 

Like new condition , but had to list as pre -owned .   Please ask any and all questions , more then happy to answer them
