The buyer resumes all responsibility of return shipping. If the wrong part or un-wanted was purchased and a refund is requested, there will be a 15% restocking fee (This takes effect as soon as the part is purchased). Buyer is responsible to contact us through ebay messaging within 72 hours of receiving the part. If a freight item (Transmission, Engine, Bumpers, Ect...) is received in non working condition (when stated in working order on the listing), the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. The item will be inspected for installation damages. If damage from installation is found, no refund will be given. If no damage is found a refund of the full purchase price and return shipping will be refunded.

Please note that items attached to parts that are considered convenience items (wiring, bulbs, sockets, sensors, coils, distributor caps, spark plugs, water pump, filters, brake parts, backing plates, hoses, vacuum lines, u-joints, ect...) do not necessarily come with and are not covered under the 90-day warranty and do not warrant a return. No labor warranty is provided.

Please note that any part broken upon installation is not covered by the 90-day warranty. (i.e. Transmissions, when installing a transmission the torque converter needs to be seated properly on the input shaft. If it is not seated properly and it is bolted to the engine, will result in a broken fluid pump.) If this is found upon return, no refund will be given.

Any alterations to any part before resolving any issues voids the return policy and no return or refund will be granted.

Most parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a 90-day money back guarantee unless otherwise stated.         

The 90 day period starts when you take possession of the part.  No labor warranty is provided.      
        
In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will refund the part purchase price.

No refund on deposits or unwanted special order parts or special "cut" items.

Engines: Engines DO NOT come with belt driven accessories such as: Alternators, Power Steering Pumps, A/C Compressors, nor do they come with the engine wiring,harness, ECM or air cleaner assembly,unless otherwise stated.

Axles Assemblies: Axle assemblies will not include any brake hardware: Calipers/Rotors/Shoes/Pads/Hoses/Bake Lines.

Bumper Assemblies: Bumper assemblies will come with the bumper cover, rear foam and reinforcement bar unless otherwise stated. Bumper assemblies DO NOT come with Upper Grilles.

Headlight Assemblies: Headlight assemblies will be the headlight housing only,and will not come with the corner lights unless otherwise stated. Any bulbs or wiring still attached to the headlight assemblies are not warranteed or part of the listing in any way unless HID ballast is to go with headlight. Bulbs and wiring are not guaranteed to work.

Tail Light Assemblies: Tail Light assemblies will be the,tail light,housing only,and will not come with the corner lights unless otherwise stated. Any bulbs or wiring still attached to the,Tail Light,assemblies are not warranteed or part of the listing in any way.

Transmissions: Transmissions will come with the torque converter and all sensors. However the sensors and the torque converter are not covered under the warranty.

Drive Shafts: U-Joints attached to drive shafts are not part of the listing and will not be covered under warranty.

ALL PARTS ARE USED AND HAVE COME OFF OF VEHICLES THAT HAVE BEEN DRIVEN ON THE ROADS. THAT BEING SAID, THEY WILL NOT BE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND WILL HAVE SIGNS OF WEAR UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
