Up for bids: Vintage Chrome boat deck parts. One looks an ornament used to tie off. They came off a 1960's era boat. One looks to be a handle and the other are cleats (I don't know all the correct terminology for all of them).They all have some pitting and light scratches and one cleat is broken,but otherwise in pretty good shape.
