2009 - Up Yamaha R1 HID Custom Relay Harness


This is a Custom Relay Wire Harness for H.I.D Lights on a 2009-up Yamaha R1

This Harness will work with most after market HID kits. The harness solves most flickering and startup issues on the R1.

This harness will only work on the 2009-up Yamaha R1 Motorcycle. This is not a standard automotive relay harness. We do have other type motorcycle and automotive relay harnesses available. Please call or email us for more information.

*We will also includes 2 Free T10 White 4 SMD LED Bulbs for your front running lights ($12.00 Value).


Why is a relay circuit needed?

HID kits require more power during startup. The relay switches power directly over to your battery to keep your factory wiring from melting and burning out your expensive ballast. The circuit also includes a module which protects your factory head light switch.

Included in this kit you get the following:

  • 1 Custom Relay Wire Harness
  • 2 T10 White 6 LED bulbs
  • Zip Ties

Please Note: This auction is for the relay harness and LED bulbs only, not a full HID Kit. Full kits are available.

Simply return any Valley Forge bearing or seal with a copy of your original receipt and it will be replaced at no charge.

  2. Used Parts:

    Used parts are sold as-is. If they arrive damaged or not as advertised, please notify us within 3 business days.

  3. Apparel:

    We offer a 30 day refund policy on new, unused items in their original packaging, minus the original shipping charge.

  4. HID Lighting:

    Our HID kits offer a full 1 year warranty against defects. Unused, unopened, uninstalled kits may be returned minus a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
