Don't be fooled by other kits that claim to be plug and play. Since this kit is designed for the Accord, there is no wire cutting or modifications needed. There is no drilling for this kit.

What is a Custom Kit?

A Custom kit is designed for a specific vehicle. The wire harness with relay is cut to specs and the directions are specific for that vehicle. Each Custom kit has a relay wire harness with circuit protection.

Why do you need a Relay Wire Harness?

Let’s say you install the HID ballast directly to where the low beam halogen bulb is connected. Some vehicles might be are able to power up HID system normally without problems at install, but over time it will not last. Startup current for HID Lights is 13 amps per ballast, compared to 7 amps for halogen.

Your factory wiring system is designed for a halogen based headlight which draws 7 amps of current at startup and 4.5 amps continuous load. Over time, connectors, multifunction switch, headlight switch, wiring and fuse holders will slowly degrade because of heat buildup. These components are very expensive to replace. This type of damage could have been avoided with a relay wire harness. With the relay harness power is drawn directly from your battery protecting your factory wiring and expensive ballast.

What is Xenon Light?

The xenon bulb is a micro-discharge bulb filled with a mixture of primarily xenon gas and other inert gases, creating a superior , bright, white light. This special bulb has no filaments like a halogen bulb, but the light created between the two electrodes in a xenon bulb is like no other.

What are the advantages of Xenon Light?

The xenon bulb outputs more than three times the brightness that a halogen light, while consuming almost half the power (wattage).

Cost-wise , the life span of the xenon bulb lasts the life of the car under normal conditions. Bottom line, exceptional bright light, less power consumed, and great looks!
