Return/Exchange Policy
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 14 days after receiving the product(s) for a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs. All product(s) must be in its original, unused, sellable condition. If the returned merchandise is not in the same condition as it was when sold, we will not be able to process the return and the merchandise will be sent back at the buyer's expense. All products must be returned in its original box and/or packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Special order product(s) cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. Please refer below to see which products are categorized as special order products.
If an exchange for a product is requested, the product(s) must still be in its original and unused condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping cost will be calculated at the time of the exchange and will vary depending on the nature of the product.
Errors made on behalf of Vibe Motorsports will qualify for a free return/exchange depending on customer's choice. No restocking fee will be charged.
Before returning or exchanging a product(s), please contact us to issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending the product(s) back to us. Any returns or exchanges sent back without an RMA are subject to additional fees and deductions.
Return labels can be issued to the customer but will result in a deduction from the refund/exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued via original payment method. If payments were made via wire transfer, a check will be mailed.
International Returns & Exchanges
Refunds on international orders will not include original shipping cost, duties, taxes and tariffs that were incurred during shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all international orders.

Warranties
All product(s) sold come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product(s) for length of warranty. Manufacturer?s warranties must be processed directly with the manufacturer. Warranty claims can be processed by contacting the manufacturer directly or if needed, VIBE Motorsports will help in assisting with the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with manufacturer?s warranty claims.
