How Does it Work?

1.. Simply 'slide' your radio out ~~~ It's Very Easy!!

This will require the blade-type removal keys. You can find them on ebay for $1!

2.. Remove all wires from rear of radio. They will simply un-clip.

3.. Take radio packaged to FedEx, UPS, DHL, US Post Office, etc. to have it mailed in (please include a note with symptoms and return address).

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day service) is our preferred service, however we will Overnight parcels using USPS Express Mail Guaranteed service. Some international locations require USPS Express Mail as standard.

FedEx Ground is required for larger, heavier domestic shipments.
