We prefer to ship all of our products via USPS and UPS. Shipping is calculated by your location so as not to over charge our customer. Some items are too large for shipment and will require local pickup. These items can be picked up in Ravenna, OH 44266. - New items: With new items we offer a no question asked guarantee for 14 days. The 14 days begins when the shipping company says that you will receive your item. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item, we will refund your purchase price minus shipping. However, if there is an error in our description, we will refund your money in its entirety including the shipping costs.
- Like New / Damaged Box items: We offer a 14 day guarantee for these items as well. However, the guarantee only covers the cost of the item minus shipping. We will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the item.
- Used items: Used items are purchased "AS IS". No refunds will be given on these products. These items are tested as far as we can test them and there is no guarantees on hidden issues that the product may have.
