This sale is for 1939 California license plate topper or rocker

It measures 3"x12" with the license plate mounting holes accurate for the large 6x14 vintage license plates

When purchasing send a note with the lettering desired and placement (topper or bottom rocker)

All lettering will be capitalized unless otherwise stated when purchased

This topper is blue in color with school bus yellow lettering and yellow outline to match as close as possible to the 1939 plates used in California for the years 1939  I am not responsible for color matching. 

the letters are not embossed but are raised by the vinyl decal thickness.
